Our History
In October of 1981, Charles Zahn moved forward with his vision and started Zahn Waterproofing in Clarksville, TN. However, its origins date back to the early 1900s in the steel city of Pittsburgh, PA. Zahn & Larkin was a renowned roofing company in Pittsburgh for several decades and would be the genesis for 5 generations of small business owners in the Zahn family.
With a tradition of hard-work, honesty and reverence for our savior Jesus Christ, Charles built one of the most respected waterproofing companies in the nation. It is considered an honor to continue his legacy and we strive to build on the traditions that made us who we are.
